It is no secret that breakfast is important. It’s ok, we’ve got you covered.

How about a filling, low-calorie breakfast sandwich?

This healthy breakfast sandwich will hold off the tummy rumbles through those rough first two classes. This will help power your brain and have you ready learn. 

Try this and be the best student you can be.

Ingredients:

  • English Muffin
  • American cheese slice or any kind
  • Canadian bacon or microwaveable bacon
  • Egg (cooked any way you like)

Directions:

  1. Get out 1 egg, 1 English muffin, as much bacon as needed and one slice of american cheese or any kind.
  2. Turn stove on to heat up the pan for the egg.
  3. Put English muffin in the toaster and toast to your liking.
  4. Either put the bacon in the microwave or heat the Canadian bacon on the stove.
  5. After the English muffin is done toasting place the slice of cheese on either side of the muffin.
  6. Then cook your egg the way you like it.
  7. When the egg is cooked to your liking, place the egg on the side of the muffin where the cheese is.
  8. After the egg is laid place the bacon on the egg.
  9. Then put the muffin on top to complete your sandwich.
  10. Enjoy you low calorie breakfast sandwich.
