The Green Hope Guitar Ensemble class will take to the stage for their first individual performances at Open Mic Night at Crossroads Plaza this Friday, May 6th at 6pm. This event is the perfect opportunity to rock out with some friends, or as Lexie Nield explained, “to hear different types of music that my classmates are interested in sharing.” The artists have spent weeks learning and perfecting the songs for their individual and small group performances. Mad shredder Jack Henry says, “I am very nervous about performing in front of my peers, but I know that once I’m on stage, I’ll do fine.”  Join us on Friday night to enjoy some gnarly songs and encourage your friends to follow their passions.  Everyone is welcome to listen and perform. And if you can find no other reason to attend, go for the reason George Berkley will be there, “the babes.”  There is something for everyone at Open Mic Night; see you there.
